Accountant

As our Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Reconciliation and processing of accounting data.
• Processing bank statements.
• Processing sales and purchase invoices.
• Customer and supplier statements reconciliations.
• Assisting in preparation of VAT returns.
• Payroll split by projects and recording in accounting system.
• Assisting in data preparation and communication with auditors.
• Day to day accounting tasks.

• English language is essential for this role.
• 2 – 3 years in daily accounting or auditing.
• Intermediate Excel skills including v-looks ups, pivot tables, formulas, knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word).
• Experience of working to set deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to show initiative and suggested solutions.
• Finance/Accounting/Business related degree.
• Prior knowledge and experience in operating QuickBooks would be a huge advantage.
