Barista/Barman

We need for cocktail bar barista and barman.

We need someone who knows cocktails and can bring the place to life. We need to upgrade our menu. We need to upgrade some food solutions. This person will have the opportunity to become manager. Opportunity to get some % of the company. After 1 year. When it comes to all the technical of the place. Bills, accountant, rules and regulation we have all that fixed.

This bar manager only need to do cocktails. New menu. And come with innovative ideas how we can become more attractive to customers. 

• Need experience with coffe and pastries. Someone who can come with new ideas and see how we can improve our daily coffee concept. 
• Barmann: who has top experience with modern cocktails. Someone who can come and become manager. 

• Barista: 200-250 nok per hour. 
• Barmann: in the beginning we can pay 220-250 nok per hour. Totally depending their skills. Eventually we pay 250 nok per hour. 

Housing we fix for both persons.
