Danish or Swedish speaking Customer Support specialist (Travel industry)

If you love the feeling of a perfectly planned out trip, this job might be just for you. We're looking for a Swedish or Danish speaker to be a customer service specialist for a travel company and help our customers go on the trip of a lifetime. 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail
• Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
• Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly 
• Correctly documenting all processes in our clients' systems

• To do great in this role, you must have at least a C1 level in Swedish or Danish and a good command of English.
• Other than that, we'd love for you to be passionate about great customer service and can be a flexible and dynamic addition to our team.
