SINTEC Holding is a London based mechanical and electrical contractor that provides a wide range of professional installation services, specialising in automation technologies for material handling and storage systems. We have carried out projects for companies such as Marks and Spencer, Renault, BMW, McLaren, Bentley Motors, Amazon and Nestle. We are global service provider with main offices are situated in the UK, USA, Latvia, Poland, Germany.

SINTEC UK is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to expand its operations and to support the day-to-day work of a busy HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining employee files and records both manual and electronic form, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Drafting employment contracts / addendums of contracts.
  • Supporting with the appraisal process.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws in various countries.
  • Coordinate medical examinations, applications for social security within EU.
  • Preparing posted workers documents.
  • Facilitating visa and residence permit application applications for office and site employees.
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing timely reports to HR Department as required.
  • Providing reports to the Executive Team as required.
  • All ad-hoc HR tasks.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Latvian labor law; expertise in labour law of other countries is an advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Latvian (written and verbal) will be advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure.
  • Proven experience in precise and accurate handling of documents in various languages.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Creative approach to problem solving.

Salary: 1200 - 1500 EUR gross (the full package is discussed with the successful candidate).
