Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager for our casino affiliation business, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to acquire and retain affiliate partners. You'll leverage your expertise in digital marketing, relationship building, and campaign optimization to maximize affiliate engagement and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to drive loyalty and maximize performance.
• Create compelling marketing collateral and promotional materials to support affiliate recruitment and retention efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5 years plus) in affiliate marketing or digital marketing roles within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in the iGaming industry.
