As Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for helping us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
Responsibilities:
Executes local marketing activation plans translation into action, keeping deadlines, informing both Philips sales and marketing team and key customers.
Sends briefs to ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Bellow the Line), PR (Public Relations) and media agencies, contacts them if needed, gathers proposals and presents to sales & marketing team, executes campaigns and tracks results and feedback.
Ensures timely and good quality information flow within commercial triangle (Marketing – Trade Marketing – Sales).
For A&P (Advertising and Promotions) campaigns above 10T Eur makes Pre-ROI (Return of Investment) and Post-ROI
Helps with marketing analysis and proposes fact based corrective actions based on analysis, checks, information from sales team.
If needed does all product management related activities (ensure DFU (Direction for Use), stickering etc.)
For A&P related invoices, creates PO (Purchase Order) and puts accounts, cost lines according to system set on invoices.
Co-operates with the sales team – helps to develop sales promotions in order to increase/keep Philips market share, checks layouts, cost estimates etc.
Supports dealers’ initiative, orders products if needed for gifts, prepares presentations, texts etc.
Helps during shop-floor trainings
Runs Social Media accounts, agrees content with agencies, approves content, checks if everything runs smooth
Works as main contact for PR, mainly Net-PR, with support of agencies as well as being contact with media for PR activities
Works for specific digital KPI setting & fulfillment prior during and after campaigns
