Product Manager

Delivering more than 10 million parcels per year, LP EXPRESS is the fastest-growing parcel network in Lithuania. Currently, operating under the name Unisend, it is expanding into Latvia and assembling a team of professionals in the parcel sector.

Currently, we are seeking a proactive and highly communicative Product manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• You will be fully responsible for the successful parcel lockers activities in Latvia;
• Monitor the results of parcel lockers, initiate necessary changes and improvements;
• Define product directions, develop action plans, manage priorities, and implement them;
• Understand the needs and desires of our customers, plan the development of existing systems or create new products;
• Analyze, support, and maintain business cases;
• Explore the tendencies and details of parcel delivery processes and whole logistics sector;
• Observe and evaluate the actions of market participants;
• Ensure successful cooperation with stakeholders such as other company departments, external service providers, etc.

• Hold a higher education degree;
• Possess excellent analytical skills – your decisions are measured and well-founded;
• Enjoy and are proficient in working with Excel, as dealing with numbers will be a daily task;
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, are independent and motivated to consistently achieve results;
• Thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment, able not only to adapt easily but also to initiate changes;
• Have a affinity for technology - working with a new tool is an exciting innovation for you rather than a source of stress;
• Are native speakers of Latvian with a proficient command of English (both spoken and written);
• Have experience in the shipping business (considered an advantage).
