Job Description
• Establishment of Test Centre;
• Effective personnel management including competency management, career development, training, recruiting, hiring, retention, and soft skills development;
• Passion for skills/community of excellence, including best practice sharing, knowledge management, and process development;
• Transition of test work to Test Centre;
• Adopt processes and methods currently used by development teams;
• Gradual standardization of testing strategies, approaches, methods and processes used in different If Insurance development teams;
• Gradually introduce and implement new methods and tools of Agile Testing where appropriate;
• Gradual centralization of test assets and creation of a centralized testing infrastructure;
• Improvement of testing process in the form of adopting modern technologies and methods/tools.

Requirements
• 8-10 years of related experience;
• Team management experience;
• Strong communication skills and strong interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, drives improvements;
• English language knowledge;
• Technical background;
• Experience in web applications testing;
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle;
• Experience with automated testing tools;
• Agile testing passion/experience is huge advantage;
• Working in a diverse environment;
• Project management experience is an advantage;
• Tester qualifications such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) is an advantage.
