Job Description
As a valuable member of the HR team, you will be responsible for:
• IT and specialists’ recruitment project management – full recruitment circle
• Staff updates in IT departments – meetings with department heads on their needs, come up with suggestions and solutions
• Reports on recruitment projects
• Seek and suggest sources for new candidates, offer new recruitment partners, analyze cooperation with existing ones
• Work on a career path for the IT department
• Involvement in a variety of other HR projects

Requirements
Skills & Competencies needed for this role:
• Higher education
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience as a Recruitment Project Manager, preferably in a technical/IT sphere
• Expertise in the labour market, recruitment channels and selection tools
• Advanced written and spoken English, Latvian and Russian
• Very good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to persuade and developed presentation skills
• Proactive approach and “outside the box” thinking
• Willingness to work in a team and be challenged
• Adaptability to changes
