Corporate Financial Officer

We are seeking a high achieving Corporate Financial Officer to make an immediate impact in our team. Acting as a true generalist you will be tasked with a broad spectrum of advisory services, working both autonomously and as part of engagement teams. We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic team player with keen strategic financial and commercial acumen. As a member of the senior leadership team, Corporate Financial Officer will be fully involved in high level strategic decision making, financial planning and strategy for our company.

Typical assignments undertaken may include:
• Valuations, including valuations for taxation, mergers and acquisitions (including purchase price allocation)
• Preparation of independent expert's reports for company's owners
• Preparation of investigating accountant's reports for inclusion in prospectuses
• Financial investigations and due diligence
• Financial modelling and forecasting
• Serve as critical team member in the execution of advisory and financing transactions
