─ Analysis and assessment of soft cheeses manufacturing process (Philadelphia, Mascarpone type) (complete cycle)
─ Making suggestions concerning changes in processing in order to achieve high sustainable quality
─ Assessment of cheese and cheese products recipes
─ Making recommendations concerning adaptation of the recipes in order to achieve sustainable high quality of the product
─ Preparation and release of the summary report on the findings and recommendations

─ Work experience as a technologist in soft cheeses manufacture – over 3 years
─ Work experience as a technologist in imitation cheeses manufacture
─ Work experience with international brands
─ Expert knowledge of the complete production cycle and recipes

─ Project work , from 1 to 3 months. Exact dates and length of the project will be agreed with the successful candidate
─ Relocation at the Employee's expense
─ Rent fees payable by the Employee
