Job Description
Key responsibilities:
• Manage Day-to-day team activities and guidance (setting daily targets, proactively monitoring team members progress and project execution, ensuring attendance of all key team members in conference calls, guarantying timely reports and deliveries, effectively identifying any issues affecting project progress and deliveries and suggesting effective measures for their speedy resolution)
• Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework of client’s policies and procedures
• Liaise with the client’s managers on project planning, deliveries, resources, feedback
• Implement and monitor quality assurance of all deliveries and services
• Develop and maintain effective communication systems and channels by identifying all key people on the client’s side for each project and within the off-shore team
• Plan and ensure regular progress meetings with the client’s groups and the off-shore team, including submission of weekly reports to the client’s key managers
• Undertake administrative tasks in relation to team members’ records (staff profiles, contact info, etc.)
• Participate in validation work on his/her own projects as well as supervision of validation projects allocated with the team

Requirements
Qualifications
• Latvian citizenship or EU is mandatory
• fluent English and Russian (read/write/speak)
• higher education (Mathematics or related field)
• strong background in one or several mathematical subjects
• analytical thinking
• familiarity with MS Excel, VBA, MS Word
