Restaurant Manager

• The operation and supervision of assigned restaurants or In-Residence dining on the ship.
• Will be passionate, detailed and have the ability to consistently exceed the expectations of Residents and Guests by providing them with the highest levels of service and products.

• Assists with establishing and maintaining standards for the consistent quality of all restaurant products and services.
• Assists with implementing menu cycles and other restaurant services related procedures and programs.

• Experience as Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Maitre D’ in a high volume restaurant or an cruise ship, private club, luxury hotel or resort
• Fluency in English or German language
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skils
• Strong organizational and computer skills
