Software Engineer / Softwarearchitect (m/f) Connected Navigation

Your tasks: • Your focus is on the architecture, the design and development of software for infotainment and navigation systems in embedded automotive environment for development and customer projects. • You develop the software architecture of the navigation application and integrate it to the target platform in close cooperation with the customer teams. • The integration of software components from external software engineering services companies will be coordinated by you. • You develop and implement software and integration testing as well as the appropriate testing strategies. • Performance problems or memory-intensive programming are identified and fixed by you. • You support the navigation team in all architecture and systemic issues.

Your profile: • You have a degree in computer science, communications engineering or electrical engineering or equivalent education. • As a Software Engineer (m/w) with very good programming skills in C / C ++ you have experience with real-time operating systems such as QNX and Linux and in Windows development with VisualStudio. • The development of embedded software applications according to defined processes and quality standards have been accompanied by you in projects. • You offer good knowledge in object-oriented analysis and design using UML CaseTools. • Are you are interested to work together with the international team and thus have good English skills.
