Meridian Group, a leading educational agency with its English language schools in Riga and Ventspils, is looking for English language teachers to join our team.
Responsibilities
- planning, preparing & delivering lessons to a range of classes;
- preparing lesson plans appropriate to the size & type of learner group;
- designing & producing teaching materials & adapting existing materials, including audio & visual resources;
- carrying out assessments of students’ needs;
- assessing and keeping records of students’ progress;
- managing the classroom effectively in terms of behavior and discipline;
- marketing and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work.

Requirements

- a degree or a qualification in Teaching English as a Foreign language;
- 2 years teaching experience;
- desire to work with children & teenagers.
