Job Description
As a Business Data Analyst your responsibilities will include:
-KPI reports creation, maintenance and development
-Responsibility of regular and ad-hoc data analysis
-Business activities efficiency analysis
-Find and extract data, consolidate, do calculations and create summaries
-Find reasons, prepare insights and comment about changes in business performance
-Deliver reports to HQ and countries management and functional specialists across globe
-Cooperate with database developers, BI specialists to improve reporting automation
-Control data quality in reports and do data investigations to understand logic that is required to use for reliable KPIs calculations

Requirements
The Ideal Business Data Analyst will have the following:
-Degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, business administration or similar
-Excellent English and Latvian knowledge
-Experience in work with data analysis and reporting
-Excellent MS Excel knowledge
-Experience in work with Business Intelligence tools (Oracle BI, SAS, QlikView, -SAP Business Objects, SPSS etc.) is advantage
-SQL knowledge is advantage
-Must have preciseness and analytical mind, fair communication skills and ability to work both in team and individually
-Ability to learn fast and work independently, be proactive with own initiative
