Head of Finance Baltics

Head of Finance is responsible for coordinating and supervising various financial statements and for the maintenance of the general ledger. Head of Finance works closely with business leads supporting on business decisions, evaluating potential investments. The job incumbent leads a small team and participates in the most complex general accounting and financial projects. Main tasks:

Official representative to Tax authorities

Audit representative towards State and audit company

Internal audit leader

Ecolab Policy implementation

P&L, Balance Sheet and current financial situation analysing,

Corporate reporting according to Ecolab rules and regulations,

Local sales and profitability reports,

Ongoing support and advises for divisions and functions,

Month end closing coordination,

Controlling objects management and settlement (cost centres, orders),

Preparation of yearly budgets on local level and ERP plan upload on cost centre and cost elements level,

Ad hoc analysis and reports for five divisions and all functions

EOL/EOR contracts support,

Ad hoc problems solving

General ledger accountant

Chief accountant

Qualifications and Skills

Degree in Finance or Accounting

At least 3 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting

Strong analytical skills

Supervisory experience

Independent, self-motivated and team oriented

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ease of public speaking, training others

Advanced computer skills (MS Office, ERP system knowledge)

Fluency in English, Russian (communication level)
