Customer Service Specialist (Placed in: Riga)

Job Description

The primary focus of this position is to provide customer service support to specialized or distributor accounts. Main Responsibilities:
  • Order replacement and filling in Axapta, posting
  • Customer order forwarding and coordination with warehouse
  • Cooperation with warehouse and Supply Chain: checking stocks, goods availability
  • Contacting customers regarding product availability, delivery
  • Invoice sending to customers
  • Sending MSDS and Data sheets to customer and Managers
  • Quality certificate coordination from Ecolab Warehouses to customer
  • Coordinating credit limits with Mangers and Accountant
  • Standard customer agreement draft preparation
  • Customer agreement coordination and storing
  • Invoice registration
  • Investigating and solving customer’s problems
  • MPR DSL & MPR CSR reports
  • DIFOT report
  • Administrative support
  • Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills
  • Higher education
  • Some experience in a similar position (preferably 1-2 years)
  • Very good communication and problem solving skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and customer oriented
  • Good in English, Russian (speaking level), Latvian
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
