Job Description
The primary focus of this position is to provide customer service support to specialized or distributor accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
Order replacement and filling in Axapta, posting
Customer order forwarding and coordination with warehouse
Cooperation with warehouse and Supply Chain: checking stocks, goods availability
Contacting customers regarding product availability, delivery
Invoice sending to customers
Sending MSDS and Data sheets to customer and Managers
Quality certificate coordination from Ecolab Warehouses to customer
Coordinating credit limits with Mangers and Accountant
Standard customer agreement draft preparation
Customer agreement coordination and storing
Invoice registration
Investigating and solving customer’s problems
MPR DSL & MPR CSR reports
DIFOT report
Administrative support
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Higher education
Some experience in a similar position (preferably 1-2 years)
Very good communication and problem solving skills
Analytical skills
Independent, self-motivated and customer oriented
Good in English, Russian (speaking level), Latvian
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
