Job Description
IT help-desk specialist works in our IT service team and is handling IT related requests from Klinkmann offices, working under supervision of Klinkmann network main administrator and servicing Klinkmann employees via telephone, email and directly at local offices. Main task is to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware. Required tasks include installation, modification and repair of computer hardware and software, cleaning up computers if required, running diagnostic programs to resolve problems, and other IT-related tasks.
Logical thinking and good analytical and problem solving skills are essential requirements for the job.
