Position Summary: Baltics Business Support Supervisor is responsible for the development of Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania markets. This person needs to create and implement business strategy, to work out the communication channel and support for local leadership within the region and deploy the strategy on the field. This person will lead the implementation of the local sales initiatives by providing to Members guidance flow of information and training to develop their business, onsite support of local events. Communicate effectively all international announcements, strategies. Develop the teamwork and cooperation between Members and organize them in working groups. Adapt / promote all international / corporate initiatives and sales promotions to local market. Baltics Business Support Supervisor will monitor the execution process of product and literature launches, promotions and market research documents. Take a leading role in the growth of the Herbalife business through effective implementation of all RSM Herbalife business development and support programs. In addition to commercial development of the markets the role will lead the establishment of appropriate ethics standards & Business practices. Customer service oriented, pay attention to Member’s comments and ideas which may result in more profitable business for Herbalife and the Members. Leases and works with the local Members and their uplines to grow and develop sales within Baltics. The role also includes close working relationships with the RSM Herbalife team as well as international colleagues to ensure that we are sharing and communicating as a team and leveraging the collective skills of the team. Organizational Relationships: Interacts with various levels throughout the organization, including Members, Herbalife and Filuet staff and other outside vendors & service providers

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: The following are the minimum qualifications, which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. SKILLS:
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Good PC skills (Microsoft Word for Windows & Excel – minimum requirements)
  • Confident & personable with good interpersonal skills
  • Communicative, energetic & enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ approach to tasks
  • Able to work as part of an international team but also independently
  • Able to set own priorities & take the initiative
  • Ability to multi-task but still attend to detail and focus on important issues
  • Ability to stay focused when working under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Very customer service orientated
  • Strong administrative & organizational skills
  • Must be prepared to travel throughout the markets of responsibility and other European Countries and will therefore need to be flexible in terms of working hours, which will include some evenings and weekends. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
  • Good Latvian, Russian, English and ideally Lithuanian or Estonian languages
  • College or University education desirable, but not essential
  • Previous experience in a sales-type environment highly desirable
  • Commercial experience displaying proof of strong organizational skills
  • Presentation skills
  • PC experience essential (Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience working and travelling abroad beneficial
