Customer Support Specialist (English and Russian language)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for communicative, friendly and customer focused personalities!

As Customer Support Specialist - Your responsibilities will be to handle incoming calls and emails about technical and service queries from customers about their portable devices (incl. smartphones, tablets, computers) in Russian language.

WORKING HOURS

• Contact centre business hours in winter: 7:00-21:00 & in summer: 8:00 - 22:00; Work in 9,5 h shifts (incl. lunch)

SALARY

• From 1150,- to 1400,- Euros /Gross
