1. Ensure the smooth operation of the sales department and salespeople, including but not limited to the following tasks:

• Analyze and communicate with vendors about the supplier's performance in the intended areas.
• Order monitoring, processing, order return monitoring, etc. Solving logistics problems.
• Solutions to system problems.
• Activation of the seller's store.
• Product activation.
• Changes in descriptions of activated products.
• Discount functionality – deals with discount monitoring on the website.
• Monitors product descriptions.
• Monitors the availability of correct product certificates together with the seller.
• Analyzes and maintains the range of products offered by sellers so that all available products are activated and available to customers.
• Helps sellers create product maps in other countries.

2. Solve various other daily tasks received through the company's internal system. Solve these tasks within the given time.

• You have completed higher education or are in the process of studying.
• Has work experience in sales / customer service / call centers; in the B2B sector or in sales.
• Have good computer skills.
• You speak and write Latvian and English well.
• You are result-oriented and therefore in the "hot season" you are ready to work 1-2 days a month on weekends.
• You are energetic, proactive, positive and work well in a team.

• Full time job.
• Fixed monthly salary of 1,097.00 EUR gross , as well as bonuses from 380 to 600 EUR gross (bonuses for achieved KPIs after a 3-month probationary period).
