Darba apraksts

  • Evaluate and analyze the existing HR system, create development plan.
  • Evaluate on regular basis the effectiveness of implemented HR tools and processes.
  • Implement, update and lead HR tools for adaptation, practice, mentoring, evaluation, training, career planning, KPI, motivation.
  • Ensure closing vacancies in a timely matter according to the declared business needs: including internal employee rotation and candidate external database usage.
  • Responding proactively to the changes and updates of business needs.
  • Manage processes to identify and improve employee satisfaction rate.
  • Optimize and develop company’s internal communication, build strong HR brand, implement HR digitalization activities.
  • Organize and participate in corporate events.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • University degree and at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in modern HRM methods and personnel assessment methodology.
  • Experience in creating, implementing, analyzing and optimizing HR processes.
  • Strong willingness to develop and manage Digital HR processes.
  • Ability to multi-task, perform effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Good team player with strong results focus and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills: solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Teams) and DAX (Axpata).
