Job Description
Relyon Shipping SIA, a strongly developing freight forwarding company is looking for the Operations Assistant in order to support and manage day to day logistical assignments.
The operations will involve AIR, LAND & SEA cargo shipments.
Principle tasks will include but are not limited to: communication with suppliers, issuance of transport documentation, booking of cargo shipments with transport providers, filing of company documentation, various reporting responsibilities.

Requirements
At least 2 x year in freight forwarding/transport industry is obligatory. Candidate must be fluent in English, Latvian and Russian.
Basic computer skills required.
The candidate must be motivated, pro-active and willing to work hard.
Standard working hours apply but overtime may also be necessary.
