PPC Specialist (Pay Per Click, Paid Search)

- Align paid search strategies with business objectives, priorities and goals for all channels including but not limited to Search, Comparison Shopping, Remarketing, Display, and Affiliate
- Manage a multitude of campaigns through analysis, planning, execution, reporting and tracking
- Manipulate bids, ad copy, and positioning to maximize the results
- Develop recommendations to increase exposure, CTR and CVR
- Maintain a strong relationship and business partnership with 3rd party Search Engine Teams (including Google and Bing)
- Oversee invoicing, insertion orders, forecasts and budgets for various channels
- Collaborate with SEO Analysts to improve ad quality through landing page optimization and creation
- Work with internal functional teams to build creative, manipulate feeds, implement new tools, and help promote various marketing initiatives

- 2 years proven Paid Advertising management experience (AdWords, BingAds, Google) - Proficient in quantitative analysis / analytical skills with keen ability to translate analysis into actionable insights - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Strong written and verbal English communications skills, creative writing skills - A sharp mind with an ability to understand concepts - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or equivalent is considered a plus (but not required) Qualification: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel - Reasonable understanding of SEO and HTML, the overall Search Engine spectrum - Excellent grammar and creative writing skills - Highly organized with focused attention to detail, project management experience is a plus
