Assistant

The company CBOK Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. - the leader of certification market. Due to the rapid development of the business, the company is opening new branch in Latvia, thus looking for new employee to fill the position of Assistant. Currently, we employ more than 300 people in 8 countries - Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Estonia, Romania and Serbia, which are located in our 14 branches. Experience is not required from a potential candidate. The position requires filling the given duties:

group management (goal-setting, support, motivation, control);

the responsibility of the company's strategy for the effective implementation of projects by the field;

taking care of customer service;

preparing reports of the activities and results;

planning activities and goal-setting that will ensure the company's operational performance on optimum level;

recruitment of new workers and adaptation;

trainings;

staff support and motivation.

a fluent Latvian (Polish speaking will be an advantage);

analytical thinking;

the ability to build interpersonal contacts;

purposefulness;

human resource management skills;

driving license (cat. B).
