We provide telephone, remote and on-site support to customers running a variety of operating systems including Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS. We also provide server support, and undertake networking projects from network cabling installation to router configuration, to wireless access point installation and setup. Aside from our hardware and software support, we also have a thriving web development and web design department. We are looking for English speaking staff who will complete remote diagnosis and repair of technical issues with Windows-based PCs and servers. We pay a higher rate for members of staff with industry relevant qualifications such as CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+. Ideally, you will have more than two years experience in a similar role, and have experience of management of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office365 products. You will be a strong user of all standard Microsoft Office applications and have a strong understanding of networking including routing/switching and wireless networks. Experience of VoIP systems such as FreePBX will be a strong advantage.
