Main responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of our clients performance and statistics.
- Track key account metrics, generate insights and identify upsell and expansion opportunities with clients.
- Optimizing clients’ revenues.
- Inform and update internal teams and clients about promotional opportunities.
- Track promotional activities by clients and competitors, and ensure that work follows internal processes, and dealt with according to the agreed procedures and timeframes.
- Maintain and grow relationships with our existing clients.
Requirements
- Work experience within a similar position or past experience in the online gambling industry.
- Strong MS Office skills (including Excel skills).
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Russian, both spoken and written.
- High level of organization and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A team player, self-starter and goal oriented person.
