Job Description

  • Cash, credit card and gift card reconciliation.
  • Processing incoming payments.
  • Manage the interface concerning store invoices (trade accounts payables).
  • Respond to queries from site managers, representatives of business units (BU) and/or external partners if required.
  • Answer questions from other Company units on processed financial records.
  • Perform month end closing procedures, resolving any kind of discrepancies and errors.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Experience within accounting for at least 1-2 years.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a last year student within this area.
  • Fluent in English (both 6 oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage).
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality.
  • Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
