Job Description
- responsible for supplier and fixed asset accounting;
- team member of 3 Accountants;
- reporting to Chief Accountant;
- processing supplier invoices, credit invoices, reissue to group companies;
- accounting of fixed assets;
- cost accounting for future periods;
- bank payment processing;
- accounting of settlements with personnel (advance settlements);
- inventory accounting of purchased equipment in SAP accounting system, data reconciliation with inventory analytics;
- accruals accounting;
- preparation of statistical reports;
- perform month end closing activities within set deadlines;
- accounting and controlling responsibility within the scope of duties;
- data reconciliations in owned processes and resulting reports;
- support and input in accounting team development projects;
- assist chief accountant in year end audits;
2 legal entities: Avesco, SIA; Avesco Rent, SIA.
Location: Marupe.
Requirements
- higher education Accounting/Finance;
- min 3 years relevant experience in financial accounting;
- knowledge of English;
- ERP: System SAP (advantage);
- ready to work with different IT accounting related tools;
- good MS Office skills, focus on MS Excel;
- positive and proactive personality, ready to accept changes and challenges.
