Accountant

What you will do:

• Prepare, review, and process journal entries based on information received from various stakeholders.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze financial data, monitor cash flows, and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform month-end and period-end closing activities.
• Respond to queries from site managers, business unit representatives, and external partners.
• Support colleagues across the organization by answering questions related to financial records and accounting transactions.
• Handle internal and external audit requests.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help drive efficiencies within the finance function.

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and genuine curiosity to investigate and resolve issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, to collaborate with colleagues across Europe.
