Right now we are looking for young, vibrant and charismatic people to join our amazing team in Riga, Latvia.

Our candidates should have a desire to become on-screen actors and a fully-fledged video specialists who will play their part in creating captivating content for our projects. There’s absolutely no need to be a model or a professional actor or have the perfect measurements and similar work experience. Different skin colors, different body shapes and hairstyles; piercings and tattoos – we’re all outwardly unique, and this is something we welcome!

What our video specialist will do:

• Find lots of different ideas and concepts for videos that fit the format of the project
• Develop the presentation of the idea together with the videodesigner
• Take part in on-screen filming
• Compile lists of props that need to be purchased for the upcoming videos
• Prepare scene's entourage for filming process using props
• Propose new ideas, experiments, improvements, and tests for new formats
• Actively resolve any issues that may arise during the video production process
• Play an active part in the development of video production in Riga Studio

• You know our projects and understand what type of content we produce
• You are charismatic, can demonstrate different types of emotions and be silly sometimes
• You feel confident being in front of a camera and willing to learn more
• You are super-creative, know how to take inspiration from various sources and can come up with new unique ideas
• You know how to keep track of current trends on social media
• You are able to work in a rapidly changing production environment
• You have experience in the field of video production (considered as an advantage)
• You are fluent in English (both written and verbal)

• Full-time official employment: 9:00-18:00, Mon-Fri
