Agricultural / construction machine mechanic

FMT / Holtegaard Landbrug is looking for a versatile and independent agricultural / construction machine mechanic for an interesting full time position.

• You must be able to do the following: repairs, service and maintenance of all our machinery and other equipment, aswell as blacksmith work. Our machinery consists of more than 100 units, split between our address in Hammersholt and partly out in the “field” (depending on the time of year).
• You will be responsible for the operation of our workshop, ordering of spare parts, cleaning and organisation (inside and outside). You will also be the main user of the workshop, so you will have the opportunity to influence interior design and workflows.
• The job also require that you will at times have to drive out to the machines, where the company service van will be provided for these visits.
• Other adhoc types of work can be expected.

The right candidate must:

• Have extensive experience of agriculture and constructions machines.
• Be able to work independently and structure your own workday efficiently.
• Take responsibility and complete tasks under time pressure.
• Be multiskilled and able to identify solutions fast.
• Be one to take initiative and keep focus on the task at hand.
• Have a positive mindset and can work with a variety of different people.
• Be service minded and take pride in finishing work correctly and on time.
• Be ok working longer days in peak seasonsIt is an advantage if you have knowledge of New Holland, Vaderstadt, Caterpillar and Kubota machinery.
