• Keep customers services running: Investigate and solve incidents in production as a specialist.
  
• Continuous improvement: Recognize, raise up and solve problems in production.
  
• Business-like customer service.
  
• Maintain technical documentation.
  
• Supporting corporate business application.
  
• Set up & monitor environments and platforms.
  
• Provide support in the resolution of incidents assigned to the group within SLA.

Requirements

• IT education.
  
• General IT knowledge about computers and infrastructure.
  
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
  
• Knowledge of basic communication protocols such as FTP, sFTP, OFTP.
  
• Working knowledge of XML.
  
• Good communication English skills.
  
• Good problem solving skills.
  

• Knowledge of programming languages such as MBC.
  
• Knowledge of TCP/IP.
  
• Experience in supporting and maintaining IT services.
  
• Knowledge of shell scripting.
  
• Knowledge of system integration.
  
• Experience of working with message broker solutions ex. XIB, Amtrix, Sterling, Biztalk.
