• develop the sales of our complex dental products within the region of the Baltic States (both equipment and consumables)
• explore and establish business opportunities
• develop and maintain positive and close working relationships with channel partners and local dentistry professionals and support our channel partners in their sales and marketing activities
• report progress on the above on a monthly basis for progress evaluation on milestones and goals • visit our channel partners and local dentistry professionals on a regular basis
• organize regular trainings for our partners to assure their up-to-date knowledge of our products
• attach particular importance to understanding the requirements of dentistry and the use of product technology to address relevant challenges
• vast experience in sales and establishing professional relations in the area of dental or medical technology through dealers and/or direct sales in a B2B market • strong ability to identify new business opportunities, grow sales and gain market shares
• ability to build strong professional relationships using interpersonal and social skills
• strategic and result-oriented team player with a track record of success and the ability to work independently
• Lithuanian, Estonian or Latvian language skills on native level as well as
fluency in English; Russian language skills advantageous
• willingness to travel (also internationally)
• valid driver’s license
• residence in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Estonia or Latvia)
