Job Description
The main responsibility for the Arrival Service Agent is to put every effort to take corrective actions promptly and efficiently to minimize the inconvenience caused to passenger by baggage irregularity.
Responsibilities:
Assure that all missing or damage baggage reports are always filled immediately after notification from passenger and assist to them in accordance with customer airline procedures and high quality passenger service standards.
Arrange that all found baggage is reported in timely manner and forwarded to the station concerned as soon as possible.
Provide passengers with the information on regular bases and arrange the delayed baggage delivery according customer airline procedures.
Perform the baggage tracing by using customer airline procedures and ensure that all files are updated with the newest information and documents are prepared accordingly.
