Job Description

We are looking for Personal Assistant in our offfice in Latvia!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing affairs and providing support in organizing workflow across 4 locations: Latvia, France, Greece, and the USA.
  • Planning and coordinating business trips, family travels, and other official events for the manager.
  • Managing the work schedule and organizing effective time utilization.
  • Collaborating with local concierge services to ensure comfortable working conditions for the manager.
  • Assisting in organizing events for partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in the position of a personal assistant or secretary.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Skills in effective organization of workflow and time management.
  • Communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Readiness for frequent business trips and working in a dynamic environment.
