Job Description

We are currently looking for open-minded, accurate, motivated, responsible and accountable Assistant. We offer temporary assignment for 6 months with opportunity to develop further carrier within SEB.

Your responsibilities:
• Organize and perform reception activities
• Responsible for administrative daily routines
• Responsible for SSC Riga documentation management
• Assist SSC Riga management in administrative issues
• Co-operate and resolve on-going tasks with suppliers, facility maintenance company, Accountancy, Administrative Department and other departments within SEB
• Ensure timely availability of office supplies
• Compile statistics and perform archiving according to internal rules and regulations

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Latvian and English both spoken and written
• Good communication skills and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of general office and administrative procedures
• Previous work experience as an assistant, secretary or office manager will be treated as advantage
• MS Office skills
• Service minded attitude
• High attention to details
• Problem solving ability
