Baltic Sales Manager

LWA (lightweight aggregate) products sales in Baltic States.

We expect the candidate to:

• preferably higher education in technical or technical higher education or construction;
• work experience in the construction sector;
• ability to communicate with architects, designers;
• ability to manage customer relationships and increase customer loyalty;
• experience in the field of public procurement;
• previous sales experience;
• good communication in English and Russian;
• ability to work independently;
• entrepreneurship and initiative;
• good communication and negotiation skills;
• ability to use CRM systems (Super Office) and Microsoft Office;
• existence of a category B driving license.
