As a direct result of our success, we are expanding and looking for Banking and Finance Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Riga office.

As Banking and Finance Recruitment Consultant you will attract, shortlist, select and introduce suitable candidates for your clients worldwide - Fortune500 and other top tier prestigious companies.

 

Your day will consist of:

  • building relationships and creating your own portfolio: regularly consulting clients and candidates, to ensure their recruitment needs are met;
  • candidate engagement: screen CVs, communicate and interview candidates to establish position suitability;
  • utilising job boards, internal database and other tools to find high quality professionals globally;
  • generating new business through Business Development;
  • negotiating business terms & contacts with new and existing clients;
  • hitting/surpassing targets to earn commission;
  • problem solve on the daily basis.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

  • Previous experience in Finance, Recruitment, Sales, Account Management or Business Development will be considered as advantage.
  • Ambition, drive and a hunger to succeed both personally and professionally.
  • A positive can-do mindset.
  • A true belief in yourself and your own abilities.
  • A confident and outgoing personality with a passion for networking and engaging with different people.
  • Fluent English language skills (C1, C2).
  • Computer literate: Outlook, Excel and Word.
