Bartender

• Responsible for beverage service and sales in the public bars and lounges.
• Responsible for the immediate supervision of the Bar Waiters and other personnel assigned to the outlet or workstation
• Directs and ensures the implementation and execution of Hotel operation policies and procedures within the beverage department.
• Controls, measures and reports bar sales outlet performance on a daily basis and takes required corrective action to ensure operations are in accordance with the company standards and objectives.
• Responsible, together with the Inventory Controller for ordering and inventories of all beverages, bar supplies, and equipment. Should have some knowledge of the MXP purchasing system.

• Experience as a Head Bartender for a cruise ship or high-volume luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience with high-volume bar operations
• Experience with maintaining bar inventories
• Required to have in-depth USPH knowledge
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
