You will be responsible for billing centre daily operations, providing support to the local billing offices and organizing effective processes to ensure that Tele2 customers receives their invoices. Your main tasks are monitoring billing system and it\'s subsystems, ensuring 24-hour support and solving requests from our internal customers.
• Preferably higher education, can be a student.
• Practical skills and experience with computers.
• Ability and desire to work in shifts.
• Fluent English, Latvian and Russian.
• IT&T background would be an advantage.
• Personal traits: outgoing, flexible, and self-driven.
