Job Description

  • To welcome clients and visitors of the company – front desk duties;
  • To answer common e-mails and phone calls and/or transfer them to the appropriate person;
  • To maintain a great office atmosphere and to co-create overall well-being
  • To set-up and coordinate meetings, conference calls, videoconferences;
  • To organize and register company’s internal documents, incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • To plan and order regular office supplies;
  • To coordinate office cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance;
  • To create purchase orders in accounting system SAP for further entry of the invoices;
  • To support Communication Team with internal communication matters and helping to organize company events;
  • To organize & register company’s business travels and respective documents;
  • To organize & carry out routine maintenance of few office pool cars.

Requirements

  • Well-organized, willing to serve, reliable, polite personality, with good verbal and written communication skills, who is able to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Advanced in Latvian, good English and Russian skills;
  • Preferred previous working experience in related area;
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
  • Driving license - B category (active daily driver);
  • Person, who likes to be on time, cares about people and their well-being, enjoys cleanliness and order of the place.
