
Branch Manager

Job Description
You will be responsible for developing of the branch activities including managing a branch to achieve agreed sales and business targets through the sale. You will also be responsible for the management of the profit and loss of your branch, ensuring your branch delivers excellent sales, business development and customer service levels.
A successful candidate will possess good managerial skills, be a self motivated/flexible, possess a strong sales ability and hands-on approach, and have the ability to work on your own initiative with a proven track record within a sales/business development/sales management environment. You will be confident, articulate, sales driven, numerate and flexible with regards to hours.
Requirements
Requirements to a successful candidate:
- Information technology and (E-) commerce background
- Dynamic, forward thinking and driven approach
- Resides in Riga, LATVIA
- Is good in computers and software (MS Windows, Office, Internet etc)
- Fluent in English, Latvian and Russian.
- Excellent communication and personable skills
Advantages expected from the candidate
- At least one year experience in sales or management
- Know-how of IT
- Good education and has had field trainings
