Job Description

  • To assist in organising, controlling and ensuring smooth restaurant operation.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of high level of service, production and quality standards.
  • Ensuring complience with company policies, report preparation.
  • Motivating and developing personnel.
  • Working in restaurant by leading and organising shifts.

    • Requirements

  • Work experience in catering industry.
  • Willingness to excell and learn.
  • Perfect communication skills and ability to build a strong team.
  • Great sense of responsibility, positive attitude, clear orientation towards achieving goals.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
