You can expect total involvement and diversity as you establish and administer multiple budgets, co-ordinate surpluses, prepare detailed management information and deliver wide-ranging support to satellite programmes. At the same time, you will assist with long-term financial planning, organise budgetary transfers, prepare new scales of contributions for Member States and attend meetings with external partners, so every day will bring different challenges.
To join us, you should be qualified to degree level in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline and fully experienced in accounting, budgeting and costing. Of equal importance, you will be highly computer literate (ideally with knowledge of major ERP systems, e.g. SAP) and very methodical and team-spirited in your approach, with fluency in English and a good working knowledge of French.
