Job Description

• Perform monthly and quarterly closing and reporting in accurate and timely manner.


• Report financial performance to financial and operational stakeholders.


• Participate in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for the business.


• Support business and prepare variance analysis of results to identify discrepancies.


• Identify and drive process improvement, e.g. digitalization and simplification of standard and ad-hoc reports, financial dashboards and tools.


• Take an active role in Group and Zone initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, data management and communication skills.


• Ability to provide quality information under tight deadlines.


• Proven work experience in Finance, preferably as FP&A Specialist, Controller, or Auditor in an international environment.


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any science discipline (math/statistics/etc.)


• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.


• Advanced Microsoft Excel (incl. Power Query/Power Pivot) skills, Business Intelligence Tool experience desirable.
