Darba apraksts

  • Improve existing and implement new processes
  • Perform operational audits and improve processes when visiting countries
  • Overlook newly implemented process quality and maintain existing process quality
  • Identify core problems for issues spotted/raised
  • Find the best and most efficient solutions to problems
  • Work hand-in-hand with all departments locally and in Group

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently and in team
  • Commitment to continue learning and developing
  • Organized, accurate and improvement driven personality
  • Analytic skills with a will to find core of problems and implement solutions
  • Proficiency using Microsoft tools, specially Excel
  • Understanding how to use lean principles in processes improvements
  • Ability to travel for business purposes multiple times a year
  • Experience organizing data and presenting any findings
