Darba apraksts

  • Implement, follow and maintain business process and regulation in all business functions in accordance with the legislation.
  • Support departments by developing and optimizing country-specific processes and rules.
  • Provide trainings in reading, modeling and validating processes in Lidl.
  • Participate in definitions and documentation of cross-sectoral processes.
  • Work on optimizing the operational and organizational structure, as well as identifying and continuing adaptation needs.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Higher education in Economics, preferred in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferable experience in a related field.
  • Fluent knowledge of Latvian and English, German language skills is an advantage.
  • Willingness to support others.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Results oriented person with personal initiative and high sense of responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in a busy, varied role.
